How does it work?

Absolutely Training's patented* Random Testing system is designed to ensure the student achieves a thorough understanding of the material and content of the course.

1. Each course test produces a different set of questions every time a course test is generated.
2. Questions are selected from a set of question groups contained within a larger question bank.
3. Even if a question is picked by two different users it is likely they will be presented with a different set of answers.

Course test

To be recorded as having successfully completed the course, an employee must pass a test for which a pass mark can be set. The final percentage mark will appear in the manager's reporting suite. The manager can also record pass levels. A fail is easily identified and additional training can then be undertaken to improve performance. This testing helps managers assess the skill and knowledge level of their staff to enable future planning.

Instant reports

Managers can inspect overall results with instant access to online reports, thus saving training managers' time. This reporting functionality enables managers to produce evidence of training for record keeping purposes.
